The back deck (also with views), is sheltered and is perfect for a BBQ or a sleep on a sun lounge. The main bedroom has its own balcony and stunning views – perfect for that parent’s quiet time.

This house has been planned around families and their need for space, with the open living/lounge/deck area upstairs, a rumpus room downstairs as well as a sitting room - there are plenty of options.

Sleeping 8, all bedrooms open onto decks. Bedroom one has a queen size bed with walk in robe and two way bathroom. Bedroom two has a double size bed (also with views). Bedroom three has two single beds. Bedroom four has a single bed and a trundle.

The kitchen is appointed with high quality appliances including a double oven, microwave and dishwasher.

Copacabana Beach and so much more

Copacabana is a beach side village, which is conveniently located just over 1 hour north of Sydney, near Avoca Beach on the Central Coast.

It has everything you need for a quiet beach holiday, including 2 cafes, a restaurant, a bakery, newsagent, video store, takeaway, hairdressers/beauty and bottle shop.

Other shopping is available at Kincumber village (6 minutes) which includes a large supermarket and a cinema. Only 15 minutes to Erina Fair, with epartment and specialty stores, a huge movie complex, ice skating and more. Just 10 minutes to Terrigal.

The great surfing beach is patrolled in the summer months and the rock pool provides an alternative play area for the smaller ones. Cockrone Lagoon is also fun and separates Copacabana from MacMasters Beach. Beach fishing is also great – just ask the locals.

The views in and around Copacabana are breathtaking. Captain Cook Lookout is located in Copacabana and is the highest point on the NSW coastline. This is a great spot to see the whales when they are migrating, or you may even see them come into the bay at Copacabana.

The local park provides a place for kids to play as well as Tennis Courts for hire.
